Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and societal needs
- Identify and assess emerging technologies with disruptive potential pre-2026
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate futuristic solutions
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate next-gen technologies into product ecosystems
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory landscapes affecting 2026+ innovations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or emerging tech research
- Proven track record in commercializing futuristic technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in foresight methodology (e.g., CFMP, CTP) preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment
