Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market opportunities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, Web3, biotech integration) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with 15+ engineers and product designers
- Present quarterly tech strategy briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for technology ROI and innovation velocity tracking
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget across pilot projects
- Represent company at global tech conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in C-level or VP roles
- Proven track record in scaling technology for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging tech ecosystems (AI, blockchain, IoT)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (patents, whitepapers)
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and technology forecasting methodologies
- Experience managing distributed R&D teams across 3+ time zones
- Deep understanding of US tech policy landscape and regulatory frameworks
