Responsibilities
- Architect multi-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market predictions and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, etc.)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Develop ethical frameworks for responsible AI and automation deployment
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investors

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives at scale
- Expertise in technology forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Strong background in AI/ML ethics and responsible innovation frameworks
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
