Responsibilities

- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AI, biotech) for market viability
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical and business objectives
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Manage innovation pipeline from concept to implementation
- Monitor competitor tech ecosystems and regulatory landscapes
- Establish KPIs for future technology adoption success
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Expertise in at least two future tech domains (quantum/AI/AR/VR)
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Strong financial modeling for tech investment decisions
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or equivalent preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech journals
