Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Lead strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage R&D budgets exceeding $50M with precision and strategic foresight
- Mentor a team of 15+ researchers and engineers
- Represent InnovateX at global tech summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 breakthrough technologies
- Expertise in at least 3 of these domains: Quantum Computing, AGI, Neuromorphic Chips, Synthetic Biology
- Published research in Nature, Science, or IEEE journals
- Experience securing $100M+ in R&D funding
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for emerging tech
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
