Responsibilities
- Design and execute neuro-centric UX research protocols using biometric and neural data capture
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing predictive AI models for user behavior anticipation
- Translate complex neuroscientific findings into actionable design frameworks
- Architect empathetic AI systems with embedded ethical guardrails
- Develop patent-pending interaction protocols for neural interface devices
- Mentor researchers in advanced statistical analysis and neuro-UX methodologies
- Present research findings to C-suite and external stakeholders through compelling data narratives
Qualifications
- PhD in Cognitive Neuroscience, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
- 8+ years UX research experience with neural interface or biometric systems
- Expertise in fMRI/EEG data analysis and statistical modeling (Python/R)
- Published research in CHI, UIST, or Nature Human Behaviour
- Proven track record of scaling UX teams in high-growth tech environments
- Deep knowledge of neuroplasticity principles and adaptive learning systems
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ revolutionary product launches based on neuro-research
- Experience with ISO 9241-210 and WCAG 3.0 accessibility standards
