- Present quarterly technology briefings to C-suite and board members with data-driven impact assessments
- Manage $15M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused KPIs and risk mitigation protocols
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford research labs on proprietary technology development
- Develop ethical frameworks for responsible AI deployment and quantum governance
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Bioengineering with 10+ years tech strategy experience
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies with $50M+ commercial impact
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, neural network optimization, and synthetic biology
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Q#)
- Experience leading global teams across 5+ time zones with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certified in AI Ethics (IEEE) and Quantum Security (NIST)
