Responsibilities
- Architect quantum-AI hybrid systems using Qiskit and TensorFlow Quantum
- Develop error-correction protocols for quantum neural networks
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists and ML engineers
- Optimize quantum algorithms for real-world climate modeling applications
- Secure $1M+ in government research grants for quantum AI initiatives
- Publish breakthrough research in Nature Quantum Information
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Expertise in quantum machine learning frameworks (PennyLane, Cirq)
- 5+ years building production-grade AI systems
- Published research in quantum computing or top-tier ML conferences
- Proficiency with cloud quantum services (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum information theory
- Experience leading technical teams of 10+ engineers
