Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for practical 2026-era applications
- Lead experimental research using 128+ qubit quantum processors
- Develop error correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Collaborate with industry partners to deploy quantum solutions
- Publish findings in Nature/Science and present at IEEE Quantum Week
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum machine learning
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years quantum computing research experience
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum assembly languages
- Published work in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy principles
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems
- Track record of securing government/industry grants
