Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap with a specific focus on the year 2026 goals and emerging trends.
- Technical Leadership: Oversee the architecture and implementation of complex, scalable systems, including AI, Cloud, and Quantum Computing integrations.
- Team Mentorship: Recruit, develop, and retain top-tier engineering talent, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- R&D Collaboration: Partner with research departments to prototype cutting-edge solutions that bridge current capabilities with future requirements.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical visions to executive stakeholders and non-technical audiences to secure buy-in for ambitious projects.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all future-tech implementations adhere to the highest standards of security and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, or Quantum Algorithms.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving ambiguous, high-impact technical challenges.
- Innovation: Demonstrated ability to anticipate future market trends and adapt technology stacks accordingly.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
