Responsibilities
- Define the long-term technical vision and architectural roadmap for AI-driven products leading up to 2026.
- Design and prototype complex systems integrating Large Language Models (LLMs), neural networks, and edge computing.
- Lead a team of senior engineers and researchers to innovate solutions for high-scale data challenges.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and resilience in a rapidly evolving tech environment.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate futuristic concepts into actionable development cycles.
- Conduct research into emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic computing, bio-tech interfaces) to assess feasibility.
- Mentor junior staff and establish coding and architectural standards for the organization.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML or Future Tech sectors.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams through complex digital transformations.
- Strong understanding of quantum computing principles and their potential applications in modern software.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
