- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Present quarterly innovation briefings to executive leadership and venture capital partners
- Architect experimental R&D programs focusing on ethical AI and decentralized systems
- Coordinate with MIT Media Lab and Stanford HAI on emerging tech research partnerships
- Build and mentor an innovation taskforce of 12+ technical specialists
- Author annual 'State of the Future' whitepapers for industry publication
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology leadership with Fortune 500 or hyper-growth startup experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Deep expertise in foresight methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning, technology roadmapping)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Spectrum or similar peer-reviewed journals
- Experience securing $5M+ innovation budgets from executive stakeholders
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming framework (Qiskit, Cirq) and LLM orchestration
- Strong public speaking skills with TED-style conference experience
