- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budget allocation through strategic proposals
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product management, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record scaling tech products to $100M+ ARR
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, blockchain, biotech convergence
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Published thought leadership in future-tech journals/conferences
