- Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks for technology maturity and ROI

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, R&D, or technology innovation roles
- Expertise in at least two exponential technologies (quantum, AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Proven experience translating technical concepts into business strategy
- MBA or advanced degree in relevant field (CS, Engineering, Economics)
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario analysis capabilities
- Experience with venture capital or corporate innovation processes
