Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, AR/VR, biotech) and assess market readiness for 2026 adoption
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and industry disruption
- Lead strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and global innovation hubs
- Present technology forecasts and investment recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Design and oversee innovation labs for prototyping next-gen solutions
- Build and manage a network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global tech conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech products or services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, blockchain, biotech)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Executive presence with ability to influence C-suite and board-level decisions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Published author or speaker at major tech conferences (Web Summit, CES, etc.)
