Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in evaluating and prototyping breakthrough innovations
- Develop ROI models and business cases for major tech investments
- Partner with product teams to integrate future technologies into customer solutions

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, generative AI, decentralized systems)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives ($10M+ scale)
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
