Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology foresight strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Identify and vet emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3) for commercial viability and integration potential
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions addressing future market gaps
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Present technology roadmaps and innovation KPIs to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical technology deployment and sustainable innovation
- Mentor internal teams on future technology trends and strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, corporate innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies across at least two industry sectors
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or synthetic biology domains
- Certified Foresight Practitioner (CFP) or equivalent strategic foresight training
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- PhD or Master's in Technology, Engineering, or Innovation Management preferred
- Published research or patents in future technology domains
