Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints for emerging tech (Web3, biotech interfaces, AI governance)
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis across global tech ecosystems
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical technology adoption and scaling
- Present strategic briefings to executive stakeholders and venture capital partners
- Mentor next-gen technologists through our Future Leaders program
- Drive strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Stanford HAI, and other innovation hubs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/blockcase)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTE, WFS) or equivalent foresight methodology
- Expertise in technology ethics frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Published research in IEEE/ACM journals or equivalent peer-reviewed platforms
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful technology commercialization projects
