Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape research for frontier tech
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage innovation incubation programs for breakthrough technologies
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption ROI and market impact
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership roles
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of scaling innovative solutions from concept to commercialization
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex technology adoption curves
- Executive communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience with technology forecasting frameworks (e.g., Delphi, Horizon scanning)
