Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Research: Direct the R&D strategy for achieving AGI milestones by 2026, focusing on neural-symbolic integration and multi-modal reasoning.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and implement robust, scalable machine learning infrastructure capable of processing petabytes of data.
- Publish & Innovate: Publish cutting-edge research in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML) and drive open-source contributions to the AI community.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with engineering teams to translate theoretical models into production-ready APIs and products.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior researchers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the lab.
- Model Optimization: Continuously refine existing models to improve accuracy, speed, and energy efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in deep learning, specifically with Transformer architectures (BERT, GPT).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA.
- Research Background: Proven track record of publishing research papers and leading technical initiatives.
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to tackle complex, undefined problems and devise novel algorithmic solutions.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder presentations.
