Responsibilities

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech development
- Proven experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps and strategic plans
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, blockchain, AR/VR, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Innovation Management, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or Innovation Leadership
- Experience leading global cross-functional teams in complex tech transformation projects
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills
