Responsibilities
- Support infrastructure maintenance and cybersecurity protocols
- Assist in software testing and quality assurance processes
- Document technical procedures and create user guides
- Collaborate on cloud migration projects using AWS/Azure
- Participate in cross-functional team meetings and sprint reviews
- Analyze data trends and prepare technical reports
- Shadow senior engineers on enterprise system deployments
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing IT/Computer Science degree
- Must be eligible to receive academic credit for internship
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows/Linux)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work 20-30 hours/week during summer term
- Valid driver's license for occasional client site visits
