- Architect and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints for next-gen solutions (quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence for emerging technologies
- Present strategic proposals to stakeholders using data-driven visualization tools
- Manage R&D partnerships with leading academic institutions and startups
- Develop ethical frameworks for AI and autonomous systems deployment
- Drive digital transformation initiatives across 15+ global business units
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products/services
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or synthetic biology
- Certified in Strategic Innovation Management (SIM) or equivalent
- Experience with scenario planning for technological disruption
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech journals (IEEE, ACM, etc.)
