Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap with 3-5 year strategic foresight
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech) into core business strategy
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring long-term technological impact and ROI
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders with compelling data narratives
- Pioneer industry thought leadership through white papers, conferences, and patent submissions
- Mentor next-gen technologists in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech ecosystems
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough products/services (2018-2023)
- Expertise in horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or Innovation Management (PhD/MBA preferred)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (blockchain, biotech, AGI) and ethical implications
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication mastery
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or equivalent experience
