Responsibilities

- Build and maintain relationships with technology startups, research institutions, and venture capital partners
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and secure resource allocation
- Monitor technology adoption curves and competitive landscapes to maintain first-mover advantage
- Define KPIs for technology investments and measure ROI on innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of successfully launching disruptive technology initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA with technology focus
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical information
- Exceptional communication skills for influencing stakeholders at all levels
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic technology implementations
