Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026 technology adoption roadmaps
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Design strategic frameworks for ethical tech implementation
- Present future scenarios to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify disruptive startups
- Author industry thought leadership on future tech trends
- Manage $2M innovation budget for pilot projects
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Advanced degree in relevant field (PhD/MBA preferred)
- Published research in top-tier tech publications
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains
- Certification in future studies or technology foresight
