- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget across 12 R&D pods
- Secure 3+ patents/year in emerging tech domains
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in quantum computing or neuromorphic AI development
- Published research in Nature/Science journals (2019-2023)
- Proven track record scaling tech startups to Series C+
- Security clearance (Top Secret) preferred
- Proficiency in TensorFlow Quantum and Cirq frameworks
