Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough opportunities and competitive threats
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders and secure buy-in for resource allocation
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption and ROI for future-focused initiatives
- Partner with product teams to integrate future tech into customer-facing solutions
- Represent the company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, biotech)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
- Strong business acumen with experience aligning tech initiatives with revenue goals
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in future technology trends (IEEE, MIT Tech Review, etc.)
