Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with business objectives and market disruption
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology into core operations
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities and threats
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology investments with long-term vision and shareholder value
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation team fostering a culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping
- Drive thought leadership through industry conferences, white papers, and patent development
- Establish KPIs to measure technological adoption, ROI, and market impact of strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing, synthetic biology) and commercialization
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services generating $100M+ revenue
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling skills with data-driven decision-making
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence stakeholders across technical and business domains
- Published thought leadership in technology journals and/or TED-level speaking experience
