Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration) to identify opportunities for 2026 market readiness
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology adoption roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology strategy with corporate vision
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations
- Build and manage partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory developments affecting future tech adoption
- Mentor cross-functional teams on technology implications and implementation strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or related field
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Executive presence with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Certification in emerging technology (e.g., AWS Machine Learning, Google Quantum AI)
