- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and validating emerging tech opportunities
- Conduct competitive analysis and future-state scenario planning for key verticals
- Architect innovation frameworks for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Manage vendor partnerships and ecosystem development for next-gen technologies
- Drive R&D prioritization and resource allocation for futuristic initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, AR/VR, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business preferred
- Exceptional data analytics and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience with futures forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
