Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing, biotech convergence, and neural interfaces
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential (2026-2030)
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for C-suite executives
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies to shape tech policy frameworks
- Design ethical AI governance frameworks for next-generation autonomous systems
- Present strategic insights at global tech summits and industry whitepapers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven track record in emerging tech
- Expertise in at least two future-critical domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology preferred
- Published author in peer-reviewed tech journals or industry thought leadership platforms
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation funding or venture capital
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and technology forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of ethical implications of exponential technologies
