Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership roles
- Proven track record in launching market-defining tech products
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (e.g., neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding
- Proficiency in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
