Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 12+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented technologies with measurable business impact
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends and their commercial applications
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans
- Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional teams in agile environments
- Experience presenting to executive stakeholders and securing budget for innovation initiatives
