- Lead R&D initiatives in AI, biotech, and quantum computing ecosystems
- Collaborate with C-suite to prioritize innovation investments and resource allocation
- Establish KPIs for emerging tech adoption and ROI measurement frameworks
- Manage strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and academic institutions
- Present technology forecasts to stakeholders using data-driven visualizations
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record launching market-defining products (3+ examples required)
- Expertise in AI, blockchain, or quantum computing implementation
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong financial modeling skills for innovation portfolio valuation
- Certification in Product Strategy or Technology Innovation (e.g., MIT Professional Education)
- Experience scaling tech teams from 10 to 100+ members
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or major conferences
