Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to anticipate disruptive forces and market shifts
- Establish strategic partnerships with industry leaders, research institutions, and innovation hubs
- Present compelling technology narratives to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive digital transformation initiatives across all business units
- Maintain technology foresight through continuous research and scenario planning
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership within tech/consulting
- Proven experience developing and implementing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, IoT, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills with ability to model complex scenarios
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Strong executive presence and experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Track record of successfully launching innovative products or services
- Certification in strategic planning or technology management preferred
