Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and societal megatrends impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for C-suite stakeholders
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops with Fortune 500 partners
- Produce trend reports and white papers published in industry journals
- Build and manage a global network of futurists and domain experts
- Translate foresight into product development roadmaps and investment strategies
- Represent the company at global innovation conferences and summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or business strategy
- Advanced data visualization and scenario modeling skills
- Experience with Delphi methodology and trend impact analysis
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight-to-strategy execution projects
