- Drive partnerships with academic institutions and startups for cutting-edge research integration
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members with data-driven insights
- Mentor innovation champions and cultivate a culture of experimental learning
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in executive leadership roles
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI ethics, quantum applications, sustainable tech)
- Strong background in corporate innovation labs or venture-backed tech environments
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight or innovation management
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies (GDPR, AI Act)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
