- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify disruptive innovation opportunities
- Present strategic roadmaps to investors, board members, and key stakeholders with compelling data visualization
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and global R consortia
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, tech scouting, and internal ideation programs
- Monitor regulatory and ethical implications of next-gen technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (AI, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in futures methodology, technology forecasting, and scenario planning
- Deep understanding of global tech ecosystems and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Experience scaling innovation programs in Fortune 500 environments
