Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with market trends and business objectives

- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-backed recommendations
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with rigorous ROI tracking and risk mitigation
- Foster partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with demonstrable impact on 5+ year roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Proven experience managing innovation portfolios >$3M
