Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap aligned with business objectives and market forecasts
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for strategic integration and competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify innovation opportunities and prioritize R&D investments
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and Board of Directors with data-driven insights
- Monitor global tech trends, regulatory shifts, and competitive landscapes to anticipate market disruptions
- Manage the innovation pipeline from ideation to prototyping, ensuring alignment with long-term vision
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders to accelerate adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership with proven impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies and their commercial applications (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional strategic thinking with demonstrated ability to translate vision into executable plans
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market forecasting and competitive intelligence
- Track record of launching disruptive technologies or driving digital transformation initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Experience presenting to executive stakeholders and influencing high-stakes decisions
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to operate in ambiguity and uncertainty
