Responsibilities
- Support weekend operational tasks including system monitoring and data analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on sprint deliverables
- Document processes and create technical documentation
- Participate in agile ceremonies (stand-ups, retrospectives)
- Assist with quality assurance testing and bug tracking
- Contribute to weekend deployment preparations and post-implementation reviews
- Present project updates to stakeholders during weekend handovers
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic coding concepts
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
- Comfortable with flexible weekend shift scheduling (Sat/Sun)
