Responsibilities
- Architect scalable AI systems incorporating predictive analytics and adaptive learning models
- Lead development of quantum-AI hybrid computing solutions for 2026-era challenges
- Design ethical AI governance frameworks ensuring compliance with emerging global regulations
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate AI into human-centered experiences
- Establish industry partnerships to drive open-source AI innovation standards
- Present futuristic technology roadmaps to C-suite executives and investors
- Mentor junior engineers in advanced AI paradigms and ethical development practices
Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML architecture with 5+ years in leadership roles
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Computing, or related field
- Published research in top-tier AI journals (NeurIPS, ICML) or equivalent industry impact
- Expertise in federated learning, neuromorphic computing, and ethical AI frameworks
- Proven track record of delivering AI systems processing petabytes of real-time data
- Deep understanding of 2026 technology trends (quantum supremacy, AGI safety, neural interfaces)
- Experience with regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA, upcoming AI Acts)
