Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and emerging technologies to inform strategic planning for 2026

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight or corporate innovation
- Proven track record of translating future trends into executable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Strong stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels
