Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+ landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create future-state roadmaps with executive stakeholders
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and trend briefings for C-suite decision-making
- Design and implement innovation pipelines translating future insights into commercial opportunities
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Present future scenarios to boards and investors to secure strategic alignment and funding
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy roles
- Proven track record developing scenario-planning frameworks for global enterprises
- Expertise in trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and human-machine interfaces
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Experience leading high-stakes workshops with executive leadership teams
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic roadmaps for 2026+ horizons
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Cross-Impact Matrix)
