Responsibilities

- Produce annual 'Horizon Scan' reports for C-suite stakeholders
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify disruptive startups in biotech and AI
- Design ethical frameworks for neuro-interfaces and autonomous systems
- Represent company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field
- Minimum 5 years in strategic foresight at Fortune 500 or unicorn startup
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on technological convergence
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and Delphi techniques
