Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate resilience) to forecast 2026+ market disruptions
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for organizational resilience and opportunity identification
- Lead innovation labs to prototype next-gen solutions using emerging technologies
- Present strategic foresight insights to executive teams and board members
- Partner with R&D to align technological roadmaps with future market needs
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications on future-of-work and societal evolution
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial opportunities
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex scenarios
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning tools and horizon scanning methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating future-shaping projects or publications
