Responsibilities
- Develop horizon-scanning frameworks to identify emerging technologies with 2026 commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' using speculative design and scenario planning methodologies
- Translate foresight insights into actionable product roadmaps for C-suite stakeholders
- Curate the annual 'Nexus 2026 Summit' featuring breakthrough innovators
- Establish ethical guardrails for exponential technologies through our AI Ethics Board
- Author white papers on human-AI symbiosis and post-scarcity economics
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or equivalent experience
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ years of technology forecasting or strategic foresight work
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Proficiency in horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE analysis)
- Published thought leadership in futurist or innovation publications
- Experience with agile development methodologies for future-proofing
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
