Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, socio-economic shifts, and cultural trends to develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks
- Lead scenario planning initiatives that identify disruptive opportunities and market vulnerabilities for 2026
- Architect innovation roadmaps aligning R&D investments with future market demands and regulatory landscapes
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with compelling data visualizations and narratives
- Establish and nurture a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Develop proprietary methodologies for trend forecasting and competitive advantage analysis

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and exponential technology assessment
- Proven track record of translating future insights into actionable business strategies
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Deep understanding of AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech convergence points
- Certification in futures thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or relevant advanced credentials
