Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions to forecast trends through 2026+
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across tech, healthcare, and sustainability sectors
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to prepare organizations for future uncertainties
- Produce high-impact trend reports and white papers published in industry-leading journals
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and business models
- Represent the company at global innovation conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in futures methodologies (e.g., horizon scanning, Delphi technique)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published author or thought leader in innovation/futurism space preferred
